Hello everyone  :hiya:,
thank you for letting me join your Pony-Community. I appreciate that very much.

I am a 38 year old Ponylover located in Germany. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Education Sience but work as a property manager at the moment and studiyng for my master’s degree remote at the same time. I live with my partner of 16 years, my German Pinscher Henri and the neighbour’s cat, that chooses to spent most times at our house.

Beside my partner my late grandfather was the most important person in my life. It was also him, who bought me my first Pony back in The 80’s – Curly Locks from the Brush n‘ Grow Ponies. So my addiction to My little Pony started with her.

I have to admit, when I was around 12 years old I put my childhood ponies in a box and stored them in the basement. Soon after we moved houses and somehow the pony box went missing. A few years ago I sent my mother on the quest to search for the ponies in hope they are still somewhere. It took a while, but it was just recently she found some oft hem, while digging trough some of my sister’s an my toys to hand them over to my nices. So she surprised me with almost all of my ponies.
It crossed my mind, to look up if there where any oft he G1 ponies up for sale on Ebay. I still wonder why that idea never came up before to me. So since a few months I call myself a MLP-Collector and am treasure hunting for those little sweethearts on various second-hand platforms, mostly looking for G1 but also fell in love with some oft he G3 Ponies.

At the moment my collection consists of nearly 150 Ponies, from near mint condition to bait condition and I’m working hard to improve my restoring skills in hope of beeing able to save some of the ponies that were pretty preloved in the future.

Hello and welcome! I had a similar experience with my childhood G1 ponies. I found them eventually too :)
