My bed is broken and very uncomfortable. I tried putting cardboard under the mattress and it helps a little, but it makes sleeping on that side hard. I sleep mainly on my left side, with my back to the saggy part, otherwise I feel like I'm going to roll right out of bed
Sometimes I wake up on my back, which is bad because of my sleep apnea. I can't get comfortable on my right side because of the aforementioned sagginess and also because of the implant in my head. If it pushes against the pillow too much it hurts.
I've never been able to sleep on my stomach. I don't even lay on it. I don't know how people can sleep like that!
I always sleep with a pillow between my knees and two specific pillows for my head. I have a gravity blanket (it is awesome - I highly recommend) and a squishy pillow for my arm.
-
i never do stomach sleeping either, or back sleeping (although ik that's apparently good for you). ALWAYS fetal position to the left or right side because i toss and turn a lot lol. sometimes i place my hand underneath my pillow and it's a bit better. my bed's a twin and i put a memory foam part on the top to make it more comfortable since just the plain mattress is springy and not nice on my back >_<
-
I sleep on my side. I have one firm pillow for my head and two squishy ones, one between my knees and one between my arms. When I had a really awful bed for a while I got used to putting a pillow behind me as well and kind of half leaning back on to that. A rolled up blanket might work too.
-
Either on my stomach or on my right side, I like having a soft pillow under my face.
-
I think I used to sleep on my sides but now I try to sleep on my back since it became the most comfortable position for me.
I'm pretty sure I move a bit when I'm asleep, but I don't think that I switch my position that much.
I also wonder how people manage to sleep on their tummies, mine starts to hurt when I lay on it for too long when I'm awake >_<
-
Voted for back as that's the most common one for me. I do sleep on my sides though too. I can never sleep face down though
-
I'm all over the place and I seem to go in phases. For a long time it was right side only. For awhile it was back. Now lately it has been on my stomach...I don't understand how that is comfortable either but somehow it works for me.
-
i get paranoid falling asleep so i always sleep facing my door, which happens to be my right side !
I used to sleep on my back but every time I do I get horrific sleep paralysis and hallucinations, so it's fetal position
all day every day for me now ! :P

I can't breathe when I sleep on my back! I'm a stomach/side sleeper.
-
I usually sleep on my right side. I have to use a CPAP machine at night due to sleep apnea but even with the machine I sometimes find myself on my back. I can't sleep on my stomach. If I want to sleep on my left side, I have to turn the CPAP machine off and then sleep on that side because the hose is uncomfortable if it is going across me.

I put 'it varies' because I switch from side to side all night, but I don't ever sleep on my back or stomach. When I was pregnant I could only sleep on my left side, or I would get nauseous.
-
It varies - apparently I sleep a lot on my back, but I fall asleep on my side, either one. I rarely sleep on my stomach as I find that position uncomfortable (either my back or my neck starts hurting), but I sometimes do that in the morning after hitting snooze :D And sometimes when I struggle falling asleep, especially when it's too hot and I roll around, looking for the most comfortable position.
-
I roll too much to claim i sleep on a side, which is hilarious because I have to use a cpap to sleep with
-
I chose that it varies. (I could also choose the option - I don’t sleep as I am often awake through the night until the morning.)
I usually sleep on either my left or right side, but I can also sleep on my back. I can't sleep on my stomach because my back hurts, my breasts and tummy are in the way! >_<
In the summer, I only sleep with the duvet cover because it’s really hot outside and inside. In the winter there is a thick blanket and in addition many many other felt blankets if there is a lot of frost outside. :brr:
I only use one pillow under my head.
-
On my side and curled into a ball. Except when it's really hot at night.
-
I had to put it varies, because I toss and turn all night and never seem to wake up in the same position I fell asleep in.
I think I primarily sleep on my stomach?? Idk how because I used to think it was uncomfortable. But it seems like when Im falling asleep I sprawl out on my stomach with one arm under my pillow and hugging another pillow with my other arm. When I wake up though I feel im usually distinctly facing a wall so I switch to a side at some point. Idk if I have a strong preference to the left or right side either.
The only thing I know is I never sleep on my back lol!
-
I only sleep on my back. It never varies  I can’t sleep in any other position, and I rarely move when I sleep. At all. I move after I hit “snooze” though ;)
-
Usually my back.
-
On my side, usually the right side but I shift back and forth between right and left until I fall asleep. Usually I wake up lying on the right side though... it's just comfier for some reason. Don't sleep on my stomach at all; only time I've slept on my back is when I was recovery from an appendectomy a few years ago - sometimes it was too painful to lie on either side for long periods of time because of the stitches/surgical scars. Otherwise I usually find lying on my back too uncomfortable :B
