I have her too! She's a backpack but I don't see straps on yours so maybe someone cut them off?

She was available in the UK, I know that much. As soon as I heard she existed I wanted her. Her hair is a bit dry, & her original straps wouldn't fit an adult. As to manufacturere, no idea
