I stumbled upon a couple of these at a Calendars and Toys shop in the mall (I'm in Oregon, USA) that I had never seen before! Usually I sneer at fakies because they are often so ugly and garishly dyed, but I think these are adorable!
I bought one of each:

Apparently they're from a line called "Pony Friends -Classics-" and are made by Lanard. The date on the boxes say 2019, but this is the first time I've seen them anywhere. They're small, only around 2 and a half inches tall. From the "Groom and Style series."

And apparently there are larger "adult" versions as well, and other series. I have never seen any of these in person, but here's a compilation of small stock photos I found online:

Has anyone else come across these anywhere? What do you all think of them? Are there any others I've missed?

They are so pretty! I especially love the sitting ones, and the white/purple/blue one with flowers trailing down her side. Other companies are doing it better than you Hasbro. Step it up!

Agreed! I love the white and blue girl, too, and especially that her muzzle is tinted/airbrushed blue to match her legs! That's such a pretty little detail.

The ombre effect on hooves, muzzle and eyes is really well done!

Yes, I love these fakies! I also found them at the Calendar store in the mall and picked up the greenish one and the sitting purple one. I wish I had picked up more at the time, I haven’t seen them since! Their molds are just darling!

YES! I'm in LOVE with them! The head sculpts are so well done. I haven't liked any of the G5 stuff well enough to bu it, but I immediately bought these cuties!

The "classic" label makes me chuckle, though, because classic (80s) Lanards looked quite different:

Obviously they're trying to evoke classic MLPs, and they did a great job . . . I will definitely be looking for these cuties!

Oh I just saw someone post a picture of those and I was wondering who made them. I want those bigger "Style & Beuty" ones as well as that little pink one. Love those long cutie marks and gradient on legs!

I immediately had to write that they somehow resemble Lanard ponies, until I read that they were made by Lanard! :rolleyes: ^.^
I have sometimes collected Lanards. I don't call them fakes… But are they counted as such? :huh:

oh wow Lanard are doing so much better mlp ponies then hasbro are :shocked: well they have done great ponies for years now, so good to see them still going. ^.^
i love these. i see Toyworld Australia has them, fingers crossed Toyworld NZ will stock them :frolic:
buying these will make up for the lack of buyable hasbro ponies :P

I found at least the purple, yellow and mint one in a German store last week. I picked some up additionally for friends and kept one purple and the mint one.

I thought these guys were only overseas or in Canada. I'll never see them here in my state because unless you can find them at a major retailor or something like a Walgreens, they just won't show up XD
