Who was your favorite and why? :)
I chose Peach Blossom, but it's really a toss up between her and Honeysuckle! I got them both for Christmas one year. (And immediately broke off a wing by accident, ha ha.)
BTW I left of Yum Yum because, although she came out the same year, she wasn't really part of the flutter set, but rather part of the birthday pack set, if that makes sense. ;)
-
I don't have her yet. Hopefully this year but Peach Blossom. She's all blue and i love blue and on my favorite flutter pony pose. Very elegant. I've only recently gotten 2 of the first set this year. My others are misc, second set and a custom..
-
I went with Honeysuckle. I'm not particularly fond of any of the designs but I have all six from just thrifting and such, and Honeysuckle caught my eye the most.
-
I chose Forget-Me-Not for nostalgia reasons as she was a childhood pony.
-
I always loved Honeysuckle for how badass she was in the cartoon (although I'm not very fond of her toy design), but I think to me Morning Glory will always be the best because I love the character development she had and how she learned how to fight, I think she makes a very good example for the audience.
-
I’ve always loved Peach Blossom over all the flutters. All are beautiful but her picture on the backcard makes her look like an ancient fairy. So magical.
-
Still bummed that we didn't get the BF Flutters. Ahh what could have been.
-
Peach Blossom for sure. She's so elegant and lovely :)
-
Well, colour wise definitely Peach Blossom, so I chose her, but Morning Glory is a beloved childhood pony, despite her neon hair. :)
-
I'm generally more of a fan for the second set. But if Honeysuckle is unfaded, it's between her and Peach Blossom. Forget Me Not is sometimes really pretty and sometimes a bit wishy washy.
I don't really have one that jumps out overall though. Not from just this set alone.
-
I loved Rosedust....because 90 minute commercials work, lol.
-
I'm going to pick Mornung Glory because green & bright & I wanted her so much.
Out of the ones I actually had: Peach Blossom wins because the other two had pink.
-
Wow, honeysuckle is surely popular. She is also my favourite.
I like the faded hair on her and her blue eyes.
-
Morning Glory!! Because I love her cartoon self. but also I love the combo of pastel and neon, it shouldn't work but somehow it really does with her?
Yum Yum is prolly my second favourite, lol.
-
Ahhh, Rosedust has always had my heart from day 1!
-
I'll go with Forget Me Not. Purple and white is a very nice color scheme.
-
It's a hard choice because they're all so beautiful and I love their delicate floral symbols, but I opted for Forget-Me-Not. Purple and white is an absolutely gorgeous colour combination and forget-me-nots are one of my favourite flowers. Rosedust is a very close second, though.
-
I picked Rose Dust cuz that's the one I still have. But Peach Blossom was my fav as a kid. My sister and I also both got Morning GLory. I like the artwork of her - but her hair is a little to neon in person...
Here's the art (from yum yum ponyworld)

I think I like Peach Blossom the best, even though I feel like her colors don't match her name. I like how she looks paired with a non-faded Honeysuckle...the monochromatic aqua next to the monochromatic pink is a pretty combination.
-
I've got to choose Honeysuckle for her personality in the cartoon. But Rosedust and Peach Blossom are close seconds because they're so pretty.
-
I voted for Forget-Me-Not because she was my childhood favorite, but Rosedust is a close second, she's so lovely. The first set of flutter ponies are all so beautiful though, the soft color palettes and floral theme fit so well with the gentle looking sculpt imo.
-
I grew up with the cartoon more than the toys, so my vote goes for Morning Glory. Really they are all lovely, wish the wings lasted better, but at least we have great repros these days.
-
Peach Blossom! So pretty *o*
-
morning glory here, as I have a factory error with neon yellow hair instead of the atomic banana she is supposed to have.

...Pretty sure all MGs have neon yellow hair o.O
-
Forget me not. I just got her and she's 100 times prettier in person.
-
Morning Glory, I had her as a child and always loved her aqua body and neon hair. She is also the reason why I have tried (and failed) to grow Morning Glories in my garden.
Love pkw xxx
-
I picked Lily cause the cartoon kinda forgot about her. XD

Wow I can't imagine growing morning glories on purpose! They are pretty with pink and white flowers here but are a total obnoxious weed that grows up everything and is almost impossible to eradicate! Maybe there are some tame varieties that don't go as bonkers as the wild ones but I would never knowingly put a morning glory in my yard- I am always ripping the poor things out...(they are as persistent as blackberries around here but at least they don't have thorns I guess)
-
Galatica, same. There's a variety here in Japan that is just stunning, with greenish black leaves and shockingly intense deep blue flowers that can be over 4 inches across....basically, it's gorgeous.
And I routinely see wrathful gardeners yanking it off bushes and fences, lol. Ahh, the morning glory, so pretty, but so evil....
And to make offtopic post less random, I distinctly remember the absolute lack of decision necessary when picked Rosebud off the shelf, lol. It was love at first sight, and she's still one of my all-time favorites.
-
I love morning glory flowers. The ones I usually see are this deep but fluorescent purple color with vibrant green vines and leaves.
-
I keep trying to grow blue morning glories by seed and they fail me every time. Meanwhile the white morning glories, which are weeds, are having a grand old time.
I admit I don't pull them out . . . they are so pretty and at least they are easy to cut back if you need to, unlike blackberry bushes which I axe IMMEDIATELY the minute I see them.

I guess blackberries aren't really your "jam." :silly:
-
Peach blossom! Though forget me not is a close second! I’m also really fond of morning glory!
-
Poor blackberries!!! Just trying to defend their fruit from hungry birds & you call them weeds??? Have you ever tasted wild blackberries??? YUM

They are delicious but god help you if they take root in your yard.
-
I like Rosedust best.
-
I love Morning Glory. I had her as a kid and her wings fell off. :/ I unfornately lost her. I have a replacement and shes very nice. I even bought some custom wings for her and all the other flutter ponies.
