Out of the 6 sunshine ponies who is your least favourite and why ?
For me it's shoreline. I really dislike her white hair with the pink streak. And I even have more disdain for her symbols I just don't find them nice looking whatsoever!
Meanwhile my favourite in this set is sand digger & seaflower

I love them all but the one that stands out the least to me has to be Shoreline -_-

We didn't get Shoreline and Sea Flower here, so they still have a novelty sense for me. I quite like both of them, although I did sell the MOC Shoreline I used to have during my US MOC pony purge.
My least favourite may be Wave Runner. But I don't dislike any of this set and wish they had better hair.
The best ones are Sand Digger and Mainsail, but that's childhood nostalgia talking xD.

And: NONE OF THEM! They are all precious and I love them the most.
I will say Shoreline doesn't strike it out for me as much and she was the last one I got from the set because she keeps reminding me of Merriweather, but I don't dislike her.

Hm, Shoreline. Her colors/pose are eh, but I just really dislike her symbol for some reason.

I love shoreline's pose but her symbols... I just don't love them, they look kind of goofy.
I would still like to get her though.
My favourites are Sea flower, Sand digger, Beachball and Wave runner (The only one I own)

For me all of them are pretty. Shoreline's symbol looks strange for so many collectors, but I think he's interesting. Yellow and cyan colors are beautiful for me and about pictures... I think It's good like a history. You know, today we hasn't toys with that "smiling sun" concept because It's look strange for buyer. But old 80's toys have it. It's like long time history on your shelf. Your collection can be like museum or something like that. And you say: "This pony have neon colors. It was popular in 80's" and "Smiling sun is typical picture for old children's books and cartoons. Now we see that on body of this pony". I think It's awesome.

Mainsail. I can't really put my finger on what I don't like about her, but I'm just not a fan

I really love Seaflower and her amazing colors!

Shoreline. Her colors and symbols don't appeal to me.

I would have to say Beach Ball, even though the pose is one of my favourites. The pose just doesn't suit this pony at all, I think she should've been an earth pony. I also find her colours really dull, especially since her body is prone to discolouration. :(
Considering my tastes, I should dislike Shoreline... but I don't, I think her design is silly and great! I don't love her but she makes me smile. :) It's like LivioKelem said, she has that 80s/90s vibe going on and that makes her appealing.

I've never really loved this set, TBH. Even as a kid I found Shoreline's symbols extremely unattractive, and my opinion of her hasn't really improved with age. Beachball's symbols never looked like balls to me, as a kid they looked more like planets. The other ponies in the set have grown on me in recent years though.

Am I the only one here who likes Shoreline? I think her symbols are really cute! I think Beach Ball is my least favorite. I don't really like her body color, and there are a lot of G1 ponies with beach ball symbols, between her, the unrelated baby Beach Ball, Bouncy, and Baby Bouncy. My favorite overall in this set is Seaflower.

I think Beach Ball is my least favorite. I don’t care for her symbol and her colors are a little dull. But, that could be just from the pictures I’ve seen. I’ve never met her in person.
I think i would like Shoreline better if her symbols didn’t wear sunglasses. Otherwise, I think she’s pretty.
Out of all of them, I like Seaflower best.

this set is not my jam. sand digger's gotta be my least favorite, poor girl. my least favorite pose and i don't care for her colors. it isn't her fault!

Aw, Shoreline was a childhood pony of mine so I have a soft spot for her. You know, for the longest time, I thought her name was Sunshine, then realized that was the kind of pony she was. I can kind of see why people don't like her sunglass-wearing sun symbols...but my eight year old self must have dug it!
Anyway, to answer the question, I guess my favorite would be Beach Ball. Just not a fan of her colors. If I want a beach ball themed pony, then I would get Bouncy.

Shoreline is probably my least favorite, because I LOVE TAF Merriweather and she's not quite TAF Merriweather but they have a lot of similarities, enough for me to find Shoreline pretty uninspired. I have no idea if that makes sense. :lol:
My favorite is Wave Runner, for sure. I remember being so jealous of my friend for having her.

I feel bad for joining in on the dunking on Shoreline but she's just...a no from me. Poor girl, it's not her fault.
Seaflower and mainsail are the best. Seaflower is the prettiest, and I'm very fond of mainsail, because
1.) She's the only sunshine pony I have, and
2.) She was my first major restoration project. Poor little pony was black with dirt, sporting a severe, extremely frizzy mohawk and was so warped her face was caved in and she couldn't stand up. I fixed all that, and she's much prettier and happier for it. I wish I could show you before and after pictures, but I forgot to take a before picture >_<

Poor shoreline. So many haters! Honestly I love shorelines design, and I think she could have been so cute ............if she wasn't so horrendously purple :P

I think the Sunshine ponies have to been seen in person. I didn’t like Beachball or Wave Runner until I saw them in real life. My least favorite is Shoreline.
