Has anyone done this? Or might know if it can be done? I hear it's flocking material, and of course a lot of us have experience with flocking. :) I want to buy the G.I. Joe figure from the Challenge at Hawk River release and customize him into a favorite character, but I'm not sure whether to get the Caucasian with brown hair and paint his skin tan or get the African-American and try to lighten his hair.
