Unsurprising given my locale but yes, I have her. Actually, two, one of which is an upgrade, because the original one I carbooted as a teen has a cut forelock.

I think she may be one of the very few truly UK exclusive ponies, but the whole wtf with the waterfalls here is one of my geeky interest points xD.
I also have her box. Fun fact, the UK has two different waterfall releases (one with Cascade, one with Sprinkles, identical except for the pony change, all UK waterfalls have the green base) and two different boxes as a result.

Another fun Cascade fact - she has literally ONE story appearance, at the end of the very first UK pony annual. Sprinkles, on the other hand, has a ton of them...but is not on a single UK insert ;)

I don't have this lady, but do like her. I think her colours are very serene together, and wouldn't pass the up the chance to have her for an affordable price ^.^

I love her! Is it just me or is there not as many ponies with green as a main color? I recently bought one from a seller on here and she is by far one of my top five favorite euro exclusives!

Yes, I had her bought for me in the 80s as a Christmas gift from my Uncle - I had not known about the waterfall playset (he works in John Lewis so just went to the toy dept and picked something "pony" for me!) so it was a huge surprise for me when I opened up the box!
I remember setting up the bubble waterfall but it was a lot of faff and wetness and clearing-up afterwards so I boxed the waterfall away again soon after.
The set is still in my parents' shed, but my original Cascade seems to have gone walkies... I do have a couple of second-hand Cascades in storage, though.
Cascade is has a very pleasant, simple design but I love how her waterdrop symbols kind of look like scallop shells too! :biggrin:

I have wanted her for awhile... there were a couple at a previous pony fair I had passed on because they weren’t mint (for some reason I’m being picky with this particular pony but no others lol). One day!!

I have her. Love her colors. She's one of the first ponies I got from overseas about 20 years ago. I first got Gypsy, then I think Cascade.

Same here. She has never been on my wish list, but I've been toying with the idea of adding her to my collection someday. :)

Come to think of it, Cascade has to be the first non-US original pony character, right? Or at least the first one who isn't a variation of an already existing character.
I'm guessing she was created because Hasbro UK decided the base for the Waterfall should be ground instead of clouds, and therefore an earth pony was more suitable. But then that begs the question why they made that change in the first place. Maybe because initially there weren't a lot of pegasus ponies released in the UK and they wanted the playset to feel more compatible with all ponies that were available at the time.

This is one of the very few ponies I just cannot decide on. She's very lovely, I love her pose, I love her symbols, and even her colours are very nice and unusual. However, she never sparks any "mUsT hAvE!!1!"-feelings when I see a picture of her. :P

Weren't Seaspray and Surfdancer released before her though? Those are the first two that came to mind.

nope, dont have her. shes not very high on my want list....but that mane/tail color is divine! maybe paired with a different body...

Possibly before or at least in the same year, but I kind of see the UK Sea Pony set as a variation on the US one with purple swapped out for yellow. But then you can say the first non-US pony with a unique symbol (or first non-US pony that isn't a sea creature :biggrin: )

I thought they were shells! I never realized they were water drops.
I can never decide if I like her or not. She's alright, but not one I really *need*.

I have her and love her. She's definitely a favourite of mine. She's really such a pretty pony. I had a hard time finding her for ages. Was so excited when I finally found her :biggrin:
