I dunno much about how this set is viewed. I'll just take a random guess and say Baby Sea Breeze? Why were they called Sparkle Babies anyway?
-
I had Baby Surfy in my childhood ponies but she was eaten by the mold monster. I still have her float though. I think I appreciate this set more as an adult than I did as a child. The necklace symbols are cute. Maybe that’s where the sparkle name comes even though the necklaces aren’t sparkly?

Hasrro doesn't always have an answer for the odd they do. Have to agree, those sparkly necklaces on their necks...
I adore Salty. (Broke down and bought her this week... hopes she makes it in one piece!)

Ooh congrats!
Like the black-void inside Rarity's skull? :P

I love this set to bits, literally. I think it is underrated overall, though, because it doesn't get talked about as much as the pearly and such do. I think it's also the only set we didn't get at all in the UK, though, which may add to my feelings on the subject. The bicolour hair and the necklace print make them stand out. The name of the set doesn't make sense but whatever.
Maybe my honest answer to this is that they are all underrated. I was going to say Surfy, as she was my first and she is really cute but often fades and doesn't look her best...then I remembered that Sea Breeze has a silly repeated name but a stunning colour scheme. Then I thought of Dipper who caught my attention when I first knew about this set...
But then there's Wavy who has an amazing colour scheme (and I still don't have one, my sister does, but yeah -_-). And Seaspray, whose colouring is also quite unusual overall as a combination.
Salty is the one I thought of last. But it's hard to pick one out of the set that's underrated when I feel like they none of them get enough attention.

They are a very beautiful set. I love Dipper, Surfy and Sea Breeze and I'm 50/50 on Wavy.

I just looked up pics of these. I think I'll say Dipper, Sea Breeze and Sea Spray are my favorites.
I thought the commercial for them was on YouTube but I can only find the Pretty n Pearly one.
