So I got this spray that Im trying out, krylon matte and it makes the paint crack up if I accidently bend the leg or something. What am I doing wrong? Is it the spray??

Did the paint not do that before? I have a suspicion that the spray is not intended for more flexible surfaces, have you used it before? Are you possibly applying too much or too little?

I can't say for sure but it could be. I tried a spray sealant once (Games Workshop) and my custom had the same issue, the paint cracked when I started rehairing the pony. I wasn't sure if it really was the sealant that caused it, but I quickly switched back to my trusted brush-on polyurethane sealant - polyurethane is plastic and it behaves much the same as acrylic paints, it remains flexible. But every now and then I still have the crackling issue, usually it's with pale colours (with lots of white mixed in) and several layers of paint... so it could be the paint too.
If you prefer a spray sealant, it might be best to stick to the brands recommended here. I believe Testors Dullcote is one of the most popular ones?

This was my first time using it, and I use craft aryclic paint or least the cheap kind ones. and I add layersof spray so it become smooth since felt like sandpaper

Krylon sprays just haven't seemed to work well on vinyl ponies. Are you referring to a sealant or just a coat of spray paint? Definitely this can happen with spray paint, and it will also eat away at the plastic over time and even become sicky. As for their sealents, I worry for the same thing, but either way customizers havent yet reported luck with it. I would definitely recommend Testors Dulecote or Mr Super Clear. Testers can be found at most craft stores.

I really don't think the regular clear matte Krylon is meant for flexible surfaces. Listen to aintnobuffalo and get some Testors Dullcote or Mr. Super Clear, and make sure you're not putting it on crazy thick. :)
