Title: Any clever ways to disguise a chopped tail? Restoring
Post by: Twizel on December 28, 2019, 02:55:04 PM
I'm restoring a G1 plushie, and the previous owner chopped off a chunk from about a third of their tail. The rest of the tail is full length. I know some ppl around here are way better at styling hair than me - any ideas on how to hide the Chop? I don't want to rehair as she is delicate...

I bet you could sneak the chopped hair into a braid somehow, or use some bobby pins and twirl the chopped piece around the base of the tail, like a bun ponytail thing.

I think it'd be cute if the cut section was braided and the rest be left loose.

both good ideas! I'll get experimenting as soon as she gets a good shampoo!
