The SS set is freakin BIG. So this is gonna be a multi-parter.

I really do think Lickety Split looks especially cute in her SS variant. Magic Star is my favorite, but she's in the cartoon quite a bit more and is generally discussed more.

Ughhh... this was difficult. So Softs can be so divisive and it's oft due to their manky condition. I wanted to go with Lickety. Common enough, yes, but by gum so pretty. Then I realised I was a about to hit her 'cos {she's my favourite...}
So I chose Posey. Another love of mine and for similar reasons as to why I chose Sundance in part two. Dismissed as common - because frankly, she is; and like Lickety the fading hair is an all too common issue. But when's she on form... with fluffy, unrubbed yellow flocking and lovely pink hair - darn - what a sweetie!

I'm going with Scrumptious as I think the other SS in the list are talked about more than she is.

Lickety got my vote. I think she's lovely all covered in fuzz.

Oh, that is hard. I was going to pick Cupcake then thought, but she gets attention from the TV show. Posey and Lickety...they get attention but not so much as SS specifically. Satin and Lace - well, she's hard to find, so probably not underrated, if hard to get. Scrumptious...I think she's quite popular but of course she isn't in any of the animation, nor special offers.
Magic Star and Shady are overrated, the Movie Star ones are both nicer IMO.
So my ultimate decision answer is...
