I was designing a Big Brother t-shirt for myself, and decided to make the piece a blank lineart as well for others to use! As a quick note, I traced the general outline from a pic of my own Steamer, and the rest of the details (mane/tail, bandanna, etc) were all done by hand from scratch <3
Feel free to use it for anything as long as proper credit is given and my signature isn't removed!

I use Paint Tool Sai! What tablet do you use? Personally I use a tiny little Wacom Intuos that I got when it was on sale on Amazon for like $70. It works really well for the most part, although Sai sometimes hates it :p I haven't had any actual issues with the tablet itself though!

I have a Parblo Coast 10 and an offbrand non-monitor one. I like drawing on the non-monitor more but like the pen for the Parblo more.
