Title: Caught within the Grip of the Evil Unicorn!!

80s trivia!!!

The bad guy in the 1986 Transformers Movie is named “UNICRON”
note the placement of the R and the O.

However the band that sang the theme song assumed it it was a spelling error or something because they say “Evil Unicorn!!”

so how about swapping this theme song into a movie about MLP?!

I have listened to this version so many times but never realized they pronounced it "unicorn".

Well, an evil unicorn has got to be Sombra, right? Or this guy (https://tfwiki.net/wiki/File:BM-toy_BattleUnicorn.jpg).

How have I missed that, all these years!? O_O Now I can’t stop laughing. XD I wonder what was going through the singer’s head as they sang that line (“Wait... there are evil unicorns in Transformers? :blink:”)?

Also... I need Battle Unicorn in my life.

I know she's not really evil, but I reckon she could take Optimus Prime.

I think for some of us it's one of those "What did you hear? Unicorn or Unicron?"
But since you mentioned "listen for unicorn at x point"... I hear somewhat Unicorn but still somewhat Unicron

I was never into Transformers, but this is glorious. Totally heard evil Unicorn!
Would that be.. Nightmare Moon? like before she was turned back into Luna?

Never paid that close of attention to that before (my husband is the obsessive Transformers fan) but that is rather amusing. I can hear it as both.
