Hi friends!
I bought Ringlet & Flower Burst from the user Nella!
They arrived today sometime, I was at Uni and when I got home the parcel was in the office (My dad must've brought it in)

They were very well described and the feel of their plastic is very nice! I liked how thick Flower Burst's tail was but I think her mane may have been crimped by a previous owner (No biggie, I'll just boil or straighten it)
And they quickly joined the Bought Online Gang!

Gorgeous new ponies :lovey: The kink in Flower Burst's mane is probably from being plaited at some stage. Like you say, hot water will easily get rid of it. Awesome that she still has her flower in her ear too. Congrats on two beautiful new G1s :frolic:

Rainbow Magic (Ringlet - her UK name is Rainbow Magic) is a really special pony to me from my childhood. So glad that you chose her to be one of your first, she's really pretty. In the UK stories and backcard she was able to grant wishes - maybe she'll help to bring some more ponies to your home ;)
She's also quite unusual in that she doesn't have a symbol. But I guess her wings and the patterning under them makes up for it :D I always thought that was pretty cool as a kid :D

That makes a lot of sense, since actual crimping might look more like the Sundazzle's manes.

Yeah, definitely. I wasn't too interested in most pony moulds but Ringlet stood out to me, she was pretty regardless of her somewhat :muffin: Pony mould.
I read her US backcard and it mentions how they got their stripes, so hearing she could grant wishes on her backcard is interesting and let's hope so.
Yeah, it'd be somewhat hard to convert her to another gen because of the cutie mark.

Sadly I don't have Rainbow Magic's card any more (:() so I can't share her UK story with you (over here they had individual stories, not one collective story). She granted wishes in the comic too though.
I think that one of the Fluttershys looks a lot like her descendent. My sister bought that one for me as a travel companion when I went to Japan a couple of years ago for fieldwork because of the resemblance :D
I agree that Flowerburst's mane has been child crimped not Hasbro crimped ;)
