Interesting, but why are the re-releases scented then? And does anyone know what they're meant to smell like?Apparently, the re-releases were scented at retailer's requests. They figured it would make the ponies more attractive to potential buyers and children.

Do all of the scents smell like they should? Eh...My favorite scent by far is Moonstone's but she seems like to be the one with the worst discoloration. :P
Greek ponies had a light sweet vanilla scent.. and i can ensure you they still smell!! ^.^
Back in the day, new ponies smelled like fresh Playdoh and clean sheets. Odd but that's how my brain worked, I had Coco Berry, in fact, she was the last pony I bought in a store. She smelled so bad I had to keep her outside for a week and she still smelled.
What are Sundae Best's supposed to smell like? I only know they are "ice cream scented" but I'm thinking they aren't all scented the same? Haven't found any info about their scents anywhere

Are you old enough to remember Clearly Canadian drinks? The yellow Sundae Best smelled exactly like their blackberry flavored water. I discovered this because I was drinking a CC and had just found the pony at a flea market.
