As I was opening up my Halloween Swap box, I found another layer!

My favorite pony pal Prince_Sunbeam managed to FIX the swap so he'd have me as his partner to shop for...all as a guise for surprising me with some incredible pony presents!!! Sorry about the chaotic photos, I sorta lost my mind :blush:

I HAVE NEVER EVEN SEEN REAL FLUTTER PONY WINGS BEFORE IN MY LIFE! I have had this girl on my wishlist for the longest, but never imagined that I'd find her real wings. When I opened them and noticed that the plastic tabs perfectly match Forget-Me-Not, I shrieked. Just look at her perfect mane and tail too!
There were SO MANY packages to open! I got kind of manic and excited and just kept going instead of taking photos of each, because of my gosh every single item filled a huge collection gap for me! So many of the hard-to-find blind bags, the flat sticker to accompany Forget-Me-Not, amazing extras like pins and a crystal rainbow pony unicorn keychain, some additional Dia de los Muertos decor (totally my style), G3 Merriweather (whose symbol recently struck my fancy), lenticular valentines and temporary tattoos (I LOVE this type of 90's stuff!), and oh my god also

My dear friend was concerned about her smell, and thoughfully packed her in an unscented dryer sheet, which must have totally done the trick! Whatever was lingering on pearly baby Glory was very faint, just a trace! :satisfied:
Here's my little thematic shelf, featuring handmade items from my favorite pony pal. That plush panda is from one of our very first Arena swaps together, about four years ago.

That was so nice of your friend! I remember the first time I saw a flutter with wings irl too. (It was at a NZ pony meet about 8 or so years ago now). They are so hard to find but absolutely worth the money to add one to your collection. Your friend chose really well :lovey:
