(Note: This is my first custom so the finished product wont be great! ^^; )
Since my bait G2 hadn't arrived I decided just to scrap my OC custom for now and make a G3 custom. I had a baity G3 Sweetiebelle lying around and some yarn I had purchased the other day. At first I wanted to make a hippie pony named Dream Catcher but the yarn I was using didn't really suit her so instead I've decided to make a winter themed pony.

When I took off her head, I noticed strange copper coloured substance around the plug and when I fully took her head off, I was greeted by rust! Everywhere, inside her legs, inside her head, ugh it was disgusting! :X Luckily, shes clean now (Thank you Safflower for suggesting dish soap to clean her!).

She still needs some cleaning around her eyes but im doing that after rerooting her. I'm thinking about painting her eyes as if they where shut and giving her some nice wintery eyeshadow! Shes got a tuft of pink hair sticking out as it seems to be stuck in there XD

She had frosty hooves now and I repainted her horn and forehead using some glittery nail varnish, her eyeshadow is a mix of eyeshadow, nailvarnish, clear nail top coat paint and acrylic paint. I added fake lashes instead of painting them on as I got frustrated with painting them on and not getting them even XD
(One of her symbols is still a bit visible on the last pic) ^^;
Now time for the symbol and name!
Anyone got any name suggestions?

The yarn is very pretty! It looks like the reroot is going well :) Have you tried poking the pink tuft in or using acetone on it? For names, maybe...

Those are some awesome name suggestions! I really like Winter Wishes! I might write suggested names down, put them in something and pick one out XD

Her glitter looked quite wintery so I left it, oooh Frost! I love that! Maybe I can combine Frost and another suggestion to make a name? XD

Hmm, how about...
Frosty Fields (thinking of snow covered fields, a light pink sky, maybe some trees in the background?)
Ice Flower / Fern Frost (Kuurankukka is the Finnish word for window frost, literally 'frost flower')
I also like Safflower's ideas a lot, especially Winter Wishes and Snow Shimmer!
