I don't routinely watch the tv show "Young Sheldon", so you guys may have already seen ponies I haven't, but today I saw a commercial for next week's episode and Sherbert is on the daughter's nightstand!

Yes! I've watched a few episodes and in one of them, their mother buys Sheldon's sister a pony. She has Sugar Apple in the car :)
