Title: G4 Blind Bag Pony- Identification Help?

(Apologies if this isn't put in the right forum!)

I've got this little blind bag pony. I no longer have the packaging she came in, and I'm not sure where she came from. On the bottom of her hoof, theres the mlp logo, "C-029A", "HasbroSA", "62451" printed in black, and the year 2014. I haven't been able to find her on any identification sites. Her cutie mark appears to be a makeup brush.
Anyone know what her name is/what wave she's from?

She was in one MLP FiM episode, the one with PhotoFinish if I remember correctly.
