I just found the School of friendship in a department store here in Mexico. But I am hesitant to get it because I keep thinking on the last year Seaquestria exclusive “Haven bay”.
Do you guys think that hasbro may do a similar thing this year and re-release this set with an exclusive figure? Or would this be the only “School of friendship” to be released?

Walmart has released bonuses for their versions of the crystal empire as well, but that was a Shining Armor re-release instead of a brand new character. There is nothing said for sure quite yet, so I would personally wait for the holiday season to roll around to see. Then you can snag it on clearance afterwards even if there is nothing. ;)

I will wait, for as long as I can hold, with my OCD sending me to buy the new merch out :D

The big playsets tend to shelf sit for a while. I think it's worth waiting to see if you can get it on sale closer to Christmas. By then we should know if Walmart will have any bonus ponies on theirs.
