As the title states, I'm seeking to purchase a 1999 Charmander card album.
It doesn't need to be in mint condition; light wear is perfectly fine. No rips or tears, please.
I'd prefer to purchase from someone here in the U.S. If you have any other Pokemon merchandise - i.e. cards - I may be interested in purchasing other items as well.
