I was at a store that sells collectible toys and they had a baby frosting for $18. I ended up buying some Breyer horses instead but I was wondering if $18 is a fair price for baby frosting. help?

That seems pretty expensive to me.

Too expensive if you ask me. I think £15 for a very poor version on eBay.uk was disgusting.

yeahhh no. try more like $4-8. she is not as popular due to her chartreuse color and BBE eyes.
-
Agree with $4 to $8. $18 is too high.

I just checked to see what I priced the one in my sale list at and it's the equivalent of $7 in USD. LM and LBS's estimates sound right to me too. I price her a little towards the higher end of that range because she wasn't sold in the UK and is rarer here, but I still wouldn't ask double figures for her. She seems not too rare in the US, just buying her from there for someone in the UK means about $20 because of shipping cost ><. That may explain the one you saw on UK Ebay, Bright Rabbit.
I quite like her pea-soup colour actually, she's one of those ponies who is ugly so much she's cute - but not $18 cute ;)

About 4 to 7 bucks loose. Those people are trippin if they think a common pony with an unpopular gimmick is gonna sell for 18 bucks.
-
Noooo. $18 is a total ripoff. I wouldn't pay more than $10 for her at most.

Thanks everyone. I'm glad I didn't buy any ponies from that store.

Well that doesn't always mean they will have over-inflated prices. If you had asked about another pony, there is a chance that it would have been worth more than $18. Just keep the shop bookmarked in your memory that they DO sell ponies! ;)
