So this is a couple of brags posted into one, surrounding Easter.
First and foremost, I need to thank jrr74 for helping unite my sister with her 35th anniversary Cotton Candy. She has proven already that she is a 5 year old in a 30 year old's body, but she asked me to share this image with everyone to show CC settling in and starting a new hobby. Which is bound to be popular with the neighbours...

My sister plays drums so I guess Cotton Candy is picking up bad habits ;)
We were both home over Easter, and both of us got pony plushes as an Easter surprise from our parents. My Dad also for a joke bought my sister one of those stitch your own G4 pony set things and Naynie sat and actually stitched and stuck them all together on Easter Sunday, which led to some funny images.
So here's the Plush Party - or a Very Minty Easter, as I like to call it :)

Minty was a little nervous when she first arrived. She'd brought all her paperwork with her, but she couldn't see anyone around. But then...

"I'm down here!"
Minty glanced down and saw a small, rather worryingly flat purple pony at her feet. The pony had brought with her some emergency supplies of water and chocolate to make sure Minty felt at home. Unfortunately...

The scent of chocolate brought the raiding partners of Rainbow Dash and Frankendash out of the woodwork in the hope of treats.

Rainbow Dash was so eager, Frankendash fell right off. But Rainbow Dash didn't notice. She was too busy trying to negotiate with Minty over sharing the chocolate eggs. Minty was a bit surprised. Was this some kind of greeting ritual?
The eggs didn't last long, so soon the two plushies started searching for other viable food supplies...

Meanwhile, Agent Pinkenstein had been dispatched to greet the other new arrival, Applejack.

"But I can't see her? Where is she?"
Pinkiestein leaned up against the suspiciously orange looking tree trunk to hunt for her target, but she couldn't see any sign of her.
"Oh, this is ridiculous. I give up!"
Disgruntled, Pinkiestein headed off in search of refreshments at a local pub.

Applejack, meanwhile, had gone in search of food of her own. Someone had mentioned Apple Crumble...

"Where's my share?"
After negotiating successfully with the humans who ran the restaurant, and persuading them that, because she was orange and full of stuffing, she didn't qualify under the 'no pets' rule, Applejack was finally served. "Yummy!"

I died at this part! :silly: Congrats on the new additions, and glad to see them settling in well.

Lol, it looks like the ponies had a fun Easter. I love the pic of CC with the drum kit. She needs a rocker headband to complete the look :) Those plushes look so lovely and clean. Such beautiful colours *dreamy sigh*

It's the eyes. O.O. She has gorgeous eyes. :D
Thanks everyone! Cotton Candy probably needs to be dressed up in the Rock Star pony outfit and she could be a studio drummer for the Rockin' Beats, who seem to have a bit of a lack of originality in their instruments...
The drums are amazing. I think Naynie brought them back from Australia 15 years ago. They're very intricate and perfect for toy photoshoots. My Jem dolls have borrowed them on occasion, but this is the first pony to try her luck ;)
