It reminds me of Holly Hobbie, although I don't know if that's what it's from or if Holly Hobbie even had dolls . . .

Holly hobbie had dolls I think so there was like a holly hobbie explosion in the early 80s. I remember seeing some wishbooks with her stuff in it. I m not an holly hobbie collector but its possible it maybe one of her bonnets. I did not see anything while I was searching for her things. On the other hand, it maybe something from strawberry shortcake or another doll I dont know though too.

It looks like the tie is a pink ribbon, is that right? Is it a bonnet, or could it be a hat tilted that way?
There are a million baby dolls in the world, lots of them not big brands, just little things you find at dollar stores, even in the 80's. This might be one of them...
ETA: I went and looked at my holly hobbies, and this is too bright for the vintage dolls- lots of browns, dusty blues and pinks...
