My friend gave me a bunch of my little ponies but one is a Sunbeam whose symbol hasn't rusted and I'm sooooo excited, I've never seen one in my entire life in pictures or not with a symbol that's still silver!!!
Does anyone have tips though for keeping it from rusting in a humid environment? Bc i'm afraid that this summer it's gonna go red anyway

If you keep your ponies in a humid environment then I would suggest maybe keeping a sachet of silica gel nearby to absorb some of the moisture and help prevent mould and rust. Hope that helps :)

Or, several sachets, depending on how many ponies you have. I keep my collection in clear plastic boxes and scatter some silica gel sachets around in the bottom. Just be careful your ponies don't come into contact with the sachets as I don't know what effect that would have long term, if any. Good luck! :)

I second silica gel packets. Just make sure they aren't touching her!

That's such a good idea thank you so much for the input you guys!
I'll definitely have to get my hands on some uvu
I'm also planning to buy some display cases for my nicer ponies so they're more airtight

you can buy the silica packets on ebay - like 100 for $1 or something similar, that's how I buy them myself.

That is great news! Please post a photo :)
I second the silica, and making sure they don't touch the ponies. The type on the sachets has been known to transfer onto them over time.
