Title: What has been your best concert ever?

I've been lucky enough to go to so many concerts but some have sucked!

My favourite concert was Florence + the Machine a couple of years ago, but I've also been to a Big Day Out with Foo Fighters, Chemical Brothers, Hole, Ash, Marilyn Manson and Nine Inch Nails.

What about yours?

I need Foo Fighters to hurry up for their next tour so I can go see them  >_<

I've been to a lot of awesome concerts! Being near Houston has those perks. Some of my favorites have been Def Leppard, Styx, REO Sppedwagon, Foster The People, Stone Temple Pilots (w/ Chester Bennington), Blue Oyster Cult, Cage The Elephant, Blink-182, Panic! At The Disco, and Weezer.

Hoping my next concert will be Hippocampus if I can make the time to go  :)

My two best concerts were Panic! At The Disco with one of my best friends. (Brendon Urie brushed by us. We screamed like teenage girls. And darn, can that guy sing!) And the other one was Fall Out Boy. My mother had somehow scored Row A(!!!) tickets when they played here in CT. My other best friend was with me at that one, too!

Dir en Grey, Dir en Grey with Apocalytpica, and Luke Bryan only 3 i've been too and they were all amazing XD though best part of the diru with apoc concert was my sister's friend's reaction to realizing that Dir was going to be playing a full set which meant around twenty songs iirc

Nine inch nails and David Bowie was great! Smashing pumpkins and Garbage was great, Panic! At the Disco was the first I took my kid to so that was memorable as well.

I've been lucky enough to see Tool in concert twice. I also got to finally see Skinny Puppy on the Weapon tour, which was amazing and surreal for so many reasons.

Well I haven't been to very many. But my favorite was seeing  Creedence Clearwater Revival with my grandma. They were fantastic!

I haven't been to many at all. I want to say best was Mindless Self Indulgence (on accident, discovered them there), and worst was HIM who was wasted or something.

The Scott Krippayne concert that was at my church when I was 12.  He was a pretty well known Contemporary Christian singer. I was there four hours early and got to be backstage with him in the choir room because my dad ran the sound for that concert. I remember afterwards, I gave him a drawing and he autographed the photo and two cds my dad let me get. Fast forward a year later, he did another concert there for an overnight youth group event. Afterwards when he was having pizza with us I went up to him and told him who I was and I was over the moon cuz he said I looked familiar to him. Considering all the people he must've seen since that last concert, that was pretty darn exciting.

I've only ever been to a real concert and it was Nightwishs End of an Era tour back in 04, about a week before Tarja got fired. I was there with a former best friend, her boyfriend and his group of friends, including my ex who did a great act about pretending I wasn't there.. Also we had floor tickets and I was too short to see anything. But what I heard of the show was great XD.

If festivals count I have to say Aqua. Front row, got to hug Rene and they had so much fun on stage. Also, Backyard Babies..

I've been fortunate to go to so many great concerts. Luckly liking smaller bands = cheaper tickets lol! I'd have to say the best show I've ever been to though was Neutral Milk Hotel a couple years back. I went to California to see them 2 different nights and I got to go to Disneyland and the beach while I was there. My best friend went along and when I saw them the first night I got front row seats, they played an honest unplanned encore (I managed to snag a setlist too!), and I was able to hang around and briefly meet all the members of the band after the show. It was really such a dream come true.
I'll echo everyone saying NIN is incredible to see live! I've been lucky enough to see them twice now, They were the second concert I had ever been to and are probably the main reason why I'm such a concert junkie today!

First concert I ever went to was Cher when I was in grade school. That was fun too, I remember my grandma bringing her binoculars so we could see from out super cheap seats :P

Most of my concerts have been classical, but back in 2011 I saw two pop acts: Streetlight Manifesto and Chicago.

It would be hard for me to have to choose between the two. I'm just going to say, with my hearing being so sensitive I find it extremely unlikely I'll ever attend another concert, and I'm pleased that it was these two I got to go see.

Definitely Nightwish in Amsterdam 2015! It was amazing, and it was also Floor's first gig in The Netherlands with Nightwish, so it was a very special night for her as well! We were on the front row, and they were FANTASTIC. :heart:

Plus I got introduced to Amorphis that night, they were one of the support acts (the other was Arch Enemy, but I hated them). Now they are my favourite band, even more than Nightwish (ssssssht, don't tell anyone! :ninja: ).

I've only ever gone to one show, not even a concert, but it was great. The main act was Fear Factory, one of my boyfriend's favorite bands, but I fell in love with one of the supporting acts, Soilworks, after hearing them play. It was pretty intimate since the venue was a small local club and the vibe was just perfect. According to my boyfriend the mosh pit was pretty awesome too but I stayed on the sidelines :P

I've been to a lot of Fleetwood Mac concerts but the best was Stevie Nicks's solo concert earlier this year.  She did some really great live versions of some underappreciated songs, plus some of her best like Bella Donna/Wild Heart.

I've also seen The Who and Steely Dan rather recently, but I'm not a fan of the music.  The concerts were very good though.

I loooooove going to concerts!!  It's hard to pick on overall favorite, but it would be my second time seeing Ringo Starr.  I have a friend who works for one of the classic rock music stations in my city and he was able to get me into an exclusive reception with Ringo that was meant for people who had spent over $1,500 at Ringo's art show (which I most certainly did not do lol).  So I got to stand about 6 feet away from him and even made eye contact.  As a HUGE Beatles fan it was the most surreal, amazing moment of my life.  After he left and I went and thanked my friend I literally went out in the lobby sat down against the wall and started to sob because I was so over emotional and overwhelmed by the experience.  And I felt really cool being at the show with my VIP lanyard from the reception afterwards  :P

Some of my other favorites have been Paul McCartney, Tom Petty, Dead and Co., Arlo Guthrie, Herman's Hermits, and Denny Lane (three times).  My first concert was the Jonas Brothers so that's also one of my favorites, they put on a great show for sure!  Very fun night.

I'm going to see Dead and Co. again in November so that's very exciting!  I had to sneak out of class and hide in the bathroom to buy my concert tickets when they went on pre-sale.  No one tell my professor  :P  I'm also seeing Badfinger in November, so I'm excited for that too.  I looooove Badfinger, even though it's a bit sad since only one of the original members is still alive now.  I'm very excited to see him, though.

The concerts on my bucket list I haven't seen yet are Billy Joel, James Taylor, Art Garfunkel, and Crosby Stills & Nash.

The Black Angels (the time i saw them when Roky Erickson opened for them was ... kinda awkward though ...), Clutch (just crazy good), and Rush-Roll the bones tour (this was my FIRST concert in the way way back of 91) ... the rush concert could have been my first brush with Primus (as a possible opener) but I wasn't aware of Primus then sadly, but also could have been Eric Johnson or Vinnie Moore that early in the tour ... but Bon Jovi puts on a great show too! (i touched his butt on accident lol) and Daughtry is pretty stunning, kinda subdued since it was at a county fair lol and early CountingCrows was spectacular ... i'm gonna shut up and go sit in the corner now lol

Kiss at Rock am Ring in 1997, Robbie Williams in 2003 at Maimarktgelaende in Mannheim.
Saw some great Bon Jovi shows, but also a not so great one. I haven't been to any concert in ages.

Imagine Dragons gave me superb vibes! They haven't released dates for my country yet, but I will be back when they come with their Evolve world tour!
