I so desperately hoped the inclusion of an unknown seapony character meant that we'd be getting another brushable besides Skystar! I'm SO HAPPY, now my Skystar won't be out of place! I don't even care that they reused the same mold despite giving the mane 6 each their own unique mold! YAY!

Exciting! I'll definitely be buying my Seaquestria from Walmart then. I plan on getting it on Cyber Monday, probably. Gonna save up money from my job for it!
Very unfortunate for people who have already got the normal Seaquestria though. Hopefully they'll also release her separately or in a smaller set for those people.
Interesting that this Walmart Seaquestria is only $88 instead of $99 despite having more ponies and accessories.
Also, I'm really glad she doesn't have the weird eyes that Skystar and the babies have.

She's beautiful. But I don't want the playset. And I don't know if someone here will pick it up, it's difficult to know with some Walmart releases. Still, she is stunning and I will hope she does get here so one day in the future I might find one second hand...

I don't have the space for Sequestria. I hope she'll be released later as a single. She's such a pretty color.

I just about fell on the floor, look where they put poor spike the fish. I feel sorry for spike a dog at first ... now a fish.. I like the playset I probably will end up buying this thing I bet.

Oooooh! I don't want the play set, but I do want Queen Novo and the addition of a new pony makes it very tempting. If I can get it on sale, I may buy it. I really hope this means a higher chance of new Seapony singles

Seems to already be out, at least you can already buy it from Walmart's website. Not sure when we'll be seeing it in the stores themselves.

It, just occurred to me. What if they release some of these new characters with the big shells? I'd really rather have them that way. Well, these big playsets usually shelf sit for a while. I think I'll wait a little and see what else shows up.

$88 is a bit much for the set, but she is very cute. I am so on the fence about getting the new sea ponies, so I'm still debating. At least with this set I would have someplace for them all to be! :)

I'm guessing Salina Blue is the blue sea pony on that sticker sheet. I hope they make her too!

I'm guessing Salina Blue is the blue sea pony on that sticker sheet. I hope they make her too!

Lol I decided to look up Salina and it's apparently the name for several cities around the world
Edit: however it used to be a greek name meaning "Moon goddess", interesting.
Edit2: I'm finding more of a connection on how they are doing the sea pony names... while some are linking them to be water base.. but so far I see more of a combo of both sky and water in a sense which makes more sense to them being hippogriffs at some point :D

Hmm a lot of places say that it's from the greek name selēnē however looking more into it there is a place in Italy called Salina which a wiki page eventually says Salina means salt mill in Italian... I can always be wrong and well so can other places it seems XD

I think maybe it's a portmanteau of both "saline" (salty, like seawater) and "Selina". Or maybe the art director just misspelled it, who knows. :)

There are a couple of sea ponies in the MLP movie coloring book with Skystar that I think they are Haven Bay and Salina Blue.

Im glad I waited to buy the Seaquestria playset. I learned with the G3s to never buy a big playset immediatly because there will likely be a bonus version. If I do end up buying one I always wait to open it and save the receipt.

I love the art of the ponies, I am having a hard time liking the toys though.
