I'm pretty sure this doesn't belong to MLP but I'm certain it's from a related toy in the G1 genre/era.

I am pretty sure it's from a Cupcake doll but I don't know which..? My sister has a pink one just like that and I'm sure it came with her childhood Cupcake doll.

Taffeta is right. :) It's a Cupcake doll comb. It would have come with one of the Sugar and Shine Cupcake dolls. I think it came with Honey Drop.

I am 99% sure the dolls didn't have official names in the UK; my sister's certainly didn't :/

I didn't realize they didn't have names in the U.K. I think they all have a name I. The US :)

I think they do too. I looked up my sister's a while ago and was surprised she actually had an identity over there o.o.
