I really like this set, although they didn't come to the UK and that makes me sad.
I have Sunsplasher loose and MOC. She and Sunbeam are the two MOC I have hanging on my wall in my room back home.

When I tell people I have almost completed my U.S. Pony collection, I forget to tell them I don't include sweetheart sister type ponies. No need to get angry with me, it's simply just my opinion, but I don't believe they fit in my pony world. So I don't collect them. I've sent them back as donations again to thrift stores if they showed up in a lot, and I even admit to killing one once to collect its hair.

If we all collected the same thing it would be very boring. Good for you if thats your thing. Im sure someone else adopted them. I have a full set of BBE and they are still loved.

I just can't get behind the fact that they have (a streak of) blond hair. Like, not just 'yellow' or 'gold', but actual blond. I really don't like that at all.

Yeah, that always seemed weird to me as well. But I still can't help loving them. I wish they had been sold over here. I know kids would've loved them with those bright colours.
Forgot to add pics of mine, and I never noticed that about the sun before, but he so does. It's a Haribo Tangfastic moment...

I really love her sunkissed look and I agree that her sun symbol is very funny. Something about the SHS just doesn't sit right with me, though. I think it's that compared to the mainline ponies, their poses seem very sterile and expressionless.

I just can't enjoy ponies in that pose. I used to have a bunch of fakies in that pose, but with horrifying glass eyes :X
Not to mention, such saturated colors and eyeshadow... Everything about her reminds me of bad fakies!

Luxrayx, the stares of the G4 ponies in your sig is a little disconcerting. I feel like they're telling me to buy ponies.

Don't have her but wouldn't mind her, I love Sweetheart Sisters :) I like her blonde hair too, it's a bit unusual but it's pretty ^^

I dont know it just always came to my mind I never said it until now. The Sun must of had a bad day. Probably was relaxing and such then he goes to drink his lemonade and finds out he put too much lemons in it.

Taffeta, thanks for supplying the closeup picture of the symbol. I love the way the sour-face even has little droplets indicating intensity of flavor...what can be so sour that even the sun puckers up?

Who knows what he had via lemonade or candy. However, whatever it was man it probably make me pucker up for sure. I also love sour stuff but not extremely sour.

Have her. Not a huge fan of this set, but the electric neon eye shadow is pretty cute.
