So a year ago, I had yum yum...I almost just gave her new hair.

I did conditioner and flat iron. I would leave stuff in her hair for weeks. I even smashed her hair between pieces of plastic like a sandwich...nothing.

This is her now....I used a different product and process. The product is a comb in by Pantene pro v. I got it for my hair cause mine is a fuzz ball in summer. Directions say use on wet hair, comb and style as you normally do. So yum yum got wet. I put some product in, and used my flat iron. I did small chunks and then large sections. Now this could be a break through after a year working at it.
So I did a test.

This is her now. The bottle in the picture is the product, and my brand of flat iron. It has a low setting.
I am so excited, as poor yum yum has not been near the herd because she is in constant spa treatment. I hope to update after a week.
Sunday June 4. So these girls had the leave in for about a week. This is them washed with soap and warm water.

I think I want to go a bit longer. So I did the leave in and my flat iron. This is how I leave them for about another week.

Wow! That's really amazing, if no treatments were working before! *_* I have a few ponies who could really benefit from this... Thanks for sharing your findings!

I did find the product at a grocery store called HyVee. It could be a Midwest thing, but I can see Wal-Mart's and targets having it as well.

Woah!! :O I'm gonna have to look for that stuff, I have a lot of frizz monsters!!!

Just a warning: over time, since pony hair isn't washed as often as our hair, any leave in conditioner will need to be washed out. It will leave the hair in better shape than it started, but honestly, so will liquid fabric conditioner (and for cheaper)
It wil eventually dry out, leaving a crust on the hair; I used a leave in conditioner on ponies I was going to sell at the MLP Fair one year, and ended up having tp try to brush it out when it dried!

Oh yes. I will do a wash once done and a regular condition. I just hope this speeds up my process. I have had issues with him yum over a year, but don't want to rehair her

Ooh. I definitely have some ponies that would probably benefit from this. How much is it?

The product was only 5$. I will be working on these ponies either today or tomorrow. I will give updated pictures too. Making sure this works:)
