Title: Need an ID on an accessory..

Hi everyone!

I was going thrifting today, and in one of the bags I bought was an accessory.
I tried searching online for an ID, but no luck  :pout: it's stamped "China," but no company name.

So, does anyone know what this is and where it's from?
I'd greatly appreciate it!

Those two horseshoes look familiar. I'd say it looks like a feeding station for a baby horse, but I don't know what brand/company made it.
