Tonight we are having a garlic studded rib roast, rolls, and some rice.

Not sure yet! But probably something easily made at home lol.

Shrimp broccoli pasta with bacon cheddar mashed cauliflower and garlic bread. First time having mashed cauliflower so we'll see how that goes.

Slow cooked rabbit turned into a pot pie and topped with dumplings.

A sandwich. Nothing fancy.

Fried porkchops, rice, green beans and biscuits (not the cookie kind like our UK members know, but folks in the US know what I mean).

Grilled salmon, asparagus and mashed cauliflower.

Comfort food! It's hard to think of anything comforting I can make myself that isn't junkfood ( XD ), but I think I did well. It's going to be a bean mix, fried tomatoes and a beef burger. :D

It's morning now but last night I had garlic rice with pieces of fajita chicken and Parmesan cheese on top.

We just went to a really yummy Italian restaurant for my mom's birthday dinner.
I had veal parmigiana. :)

Yesterday...
The best peanut butter and jam sandwich ever. Home made strawberry jam ;) it brought me back to childhood.

Yesterday: veggies + baked meatballs (trying to eat "clean") with wholemeal brown pasta + simple tomato sauce.
Tonight: grilled garlic-n-herb lamb chops with plum-tomato salad. :biggrin:

Today is Swedens national holliday so of course we had a bbq. Tenderloin wrapped in bacon, halloumi wrapped in bacon, yellow paprika, mushrooms, tomatoes, and red onions. Everything grilled to perfection. We did try something new as well and grilled sweet potatoes which was interesting. Everything served with homemade garlicsauce. :)
