If we're talking about the ones in UK art style packages, French ones definitely had no stickers in 2nd year of release. Pretty sure not for first either but have only seen pictures. My French boxed Tropi has her ribbon where the sticker would be on a UK mib pony. I am pretty sure though that only the UK ones in that style of boxes had stickers, and we had puffy both years, but I guess translation was too much hassle.

I've never seen a MIB French pony with a sticker but there is one for Flutter ponies in French.
It seems that sets of that time came with one design for the whole set but like I said I've not been able to see MIB ones to check.
