I would like to make a proper introduction to a project started by a large group of collectors in 2015 called the High Quality Generation One Custom Wish

What is wish?

This is a project to make a G1 collectors dream come to reality, by creating fresh new fan made characters out of an G1 style mold for us to love and enjoy.

Why ?
High Quality G1 Custom - cannot be made by just painting or dying the pony.

Pony has fully rooted mane, plugged tail, stamped symbols and eyes. Best of all they have hollow / blow molded plastic bodies.

Available Now:

- Glitter Island Series - Genie the Unicorn.

Genie was the introduction to the project.

Genie represents - Hearts: the love we have for ponies, Stars: wishes for the ponies to return, Horseshoes: horseshoe points/ponies themselves. visitors can't see pics , please register or login

Coming Soon - Love Series -

Puppy Love - This unicorn is dear to our hearts and was inspired by the sudden loss of my puppies, Charlee and Spike. Puppy Love represents the love that we all share for our four legged friends that are with us and those who have crossed over the rainbow bridge. - designed by Wysteria
She will be available in two styles. Standard with pink and green hair, or Pearlized with Green and Pink hair :D

I feel I'll be doing the same with Puppy Love. These two are so gorgeous and I feel like, just looking at pictures, I could easily 'trick' (not maliciously, of course! As a game) people into thinking they are the genuine deal.

Post by: Snapdragon on January 21, 2017, 12:12:37 AM: Genie will always be my favorite I think (glitter!! purple!!) but Puppy Love is adorable as well, even though I'm more of a cat person! ;) I really enjoyed the Genie custom contest too, which I thought was a great way to make lemonade out of lemons - damaged ponies instead became a great contest opportunity! :heart: Although I hope all of the Puppy Love ponies arrive undamaged, part of me still hopes we'll have enough for an awesome custom contest again!! :heart: I'd love that!

I can't wait to see Puppy Love in person! :heart:

Possibly. We aren't sure yet.

I LOVE <3 the color choices on the two so far and look forward to seeing more. I read somewhere on the group that you plan on doing a "kitty love". And I really look forward to that since I'm a cat person. If I might make a suggestion on that, you could have one Siamese kitty and one black and white tuxedo kitty so that they mirror each other.

Do you think that you all will ever host a pony design contest? Then the community could vote and the winner would be made?

So glad to hear all the positive vibes, MONTHS go into the planning of these so it really lifts my spirits to see:) We definitely are listening to all the feedback from everyone and strive to make each new release better;) Anything is possible so it can be quite daunting to have everyone agree on a concept. Right now we'd like to get more molds made but a design contest later down the road isn't out of the question.

Planning for Kitty has begun;) Stay tuned on our FB group for the most up to date news on her. Puppy should be arriving today so get those orders in soon to have her for valentine's day:)

Puppy looks cute. Love that pearlized finish on the second one. What a nice idea. So sorry about your dogs, Clipper. :( Losing one is hard enough but to lose two so close together is horrible.

I'm excited to hear there is a Kitty Love in the works. How wonderful! Cats have always been very dear to me. Will be keeping an eye out for that one when available for pre-order. :) Cannot wait to see what is decided on for the design for Kitty.

Post by: LadyMoondancer on February 04, 2017, 03:08:06 PM: Puppy Love is absolutely amazing! I love her hair and her cute freckles. <3 Design-wise Genie is my favorite because I love deep colors, but Puppy Love is a well-loved addition to my pony family.

What I love about both Genie and Puppy Love is that they really do look like they'd fit right in with the real G1 ponies, which IMO is deceptively hard to accomplish, especially the symbols. (It can't be too detail ladened or too "matchy-matchy" with the hair or else they don't look genuine.)

One of the little details that really makes Puppy Love pop is her yellow eye color. Bam! Just perfect. <3

Taxel, Both versions of PL are on amazon now. We are starting to run lower on numbers on her,so I wanted to get her up sooner. You just have to type in G1 Unicorn and they will show up

Was going to get her earlier, but he 'qualified' for having his held until 'at least' the 15th, siiiiiigh. Bittersweet, but I am happy she is going so fast because it means the project is growing in popularity!
