Hey. I know this might be in the wrong forum area, feel free to move it. This year I've been going through some rough patches with mental health. My psychiatrist thought perhaps,in my room I could keep a little "happy wall". I would go online, and anything you guys write down,no matter how strange, wonderful or just funny would be put on a little sticky note on the wall, for me to look at when depression happens to get the better of me. To remind me that it's okay. I know that this is a bit much to ask. But. If you have the time, I would really appreciate you taking time to write something.

"A positive attitude gives you power over your circumstances instead of your circumstances having power over you" -Joyce Meyer.
Take care, hopefully it will work! :)

I'd love to share some happy thoughts but I'm totally drawing a blank right now. So I'd figure I'd point out that your avatar made me laugh. You have a good sense of humor. I hope in times of doubt you remember that you've made strangers feel good. You are a force for good in the world.

I love the thought of a happy thread. What a wonderful idea, thank you! I'll. Heck in here also.
My dog has a fort. It's his dog bed, covered in a blanket, placed on the floor under my bedroom window. He pulls the floor length curtains around him so he has a canopy bed. It is also the storage unit for his treasure hoard. It changes from time to time but at the moment it contains: a wash cloth, a clean sock, a dirty sock, my MLP fork, a pair of goggles, his bone, a Kleenex, a cat toy, an empty chipotle bowl (cleaned out) and a tshirt. He purges when it gets too lumpy.

I'd be happy to help! If you don't mind me talking about my chickens
I had a chicken named Teckadee who would sing to anyone. She liked to bring me shiny pebbles and twigs  Teckadee was about the size of a softball, and she was very fuzzy! She loved people, and her best friend was 90 lb dog named Aspen. So you'd see a little tiny 2 ounce chicken on the back of this huge dog. Teckadee also slept in a cat carrier in my house. She would waddle right into the house, sing to everyone, then promtly return to her bed.
When I get sad, I think about my sweet baby Teckadee  here is a photo of her the day I got her. She was a beauty!

Hi,
What about........if you think of happy thoughts and things like rainbows, dreams, clouds, the sun, unicorns, pegacorns or alicorns, phoenixs, Pegasai, dragons and things like that. I really like to remember going on the Roller Coaster at Aussie World. Image riding a roller coaster, that could be fun.  :P

No matter the storms the rainbows are worth it.

The world is better with cake in it, right? So even by doing little things like baking yourself a cake, brushing your teeth, existing, ... You made the world a little better today :)
Also, whenever I feel down, I try to remember how often I've felt down - and felt better afterwards. Remember that it has gotten better before, it will get better this time. You just have to wait it out, and in the meantime, you might as well bake some cake.

I recently discovered something on youtube that made me bellow with laughter - so if you need a distraction...
just search for: cats and cucumbers
yes, really! cute + so funny!

I'm sorry that I really can't think of anything to add, but I wanted to say that the picture and story of the chicken named Teckadee made my day! She is probably the most beautiful chicken that I have ever seen!

Hey :deathhug:
I am going through a rough time myself.. and sometimes what my mum tells me to bring me back to earth is that everyone is going through something; they are not always perfect or right *like I asume*; that we are all on the same boat and, that somehow makes me see things differently and be more open.. I don't know if it's helpfull for you *anxiety here*, but I'm leaving you with understanding, hugs and kisses, from someone who kinda sorta gets it. SO! We can do it!!!! It wont be always bad, and we are not alone :) people are there and care
Love and kisses TugaLis
