I bought a couple of non pony items off ebay, both under $20, and the tracking on both hasn't been updated since the 7th, 10 days ago! It arrived in my state and is sitting at "departed USPS destination facility 12-7-16". They're both past the expected delivery date on ebay at this point. I'm not really worried since it is the Holidays and mail can be backed up this time of year, but is there anything I need to do or anyone had a similar situation with packages being delayed?

I can't advise you on what to do, but you totally have my sympathy. :hug: My gift to my bf had some trouble arriving from Amazon. I hope your things show up soon and that someone here can give some more concrete advice.

Did you try calling the post service that they are sitting at and ask about it? Unfortunately on the ebay end unless you open a case of not receiving item, there's nothing else to do. The sellers did send them out if they provided tracking. Hopefully it's just a back up of mail. I've had stuff sit for a few days but not ten. Hope things work out!

This kind of thing is all over the Etsy seller FB groups I'm in. Because of the holiday rush they just aren't scanning packages. Some of them end up having tracking appear after they're delivered but a lot seem to be staying blank even after delivery. I wouldn't worry too much yet but I second the suggestion of calling if you're concerned.

I've definitely noticed delays but that is the norm this time of the year. But 10 days seems an awfully long time for your packages to stay in limbo.

In the past when I've had this problem with USPS, I've filed complaints on their website. In almost all of the instances where packages were "sitting" for too long, they've started moving again soon after filing the complaint.
