I know we have some Japan fans here, so I thought maybe someone would know about these guys.
I was in Japan...sometime ago, like almost a decade I think, and there was some Kirin iced green tea promotion where the bottles came with these super adorable panda guys that are pictured (they were all phone charms, I took out the straps and converted them into that little stack so they can hang on my wall). Haha, I actually hated the tea but bought way too many because I was obsessed with these. The four at the end, which I think are soccer related came afterwards, my brother brought them back and I kind of took them.
Anyway, the point of the thread. I was able to google enough to find these guys are called Namacha, I think, and I found a plush and commercials related to them, but that's it. I'm trying to find more info on these (what I have here wasn't close to a full set, I remember checking every variety store I could hunting the one in a hot spring, but never found it) and any other charm sets, and I guess merch in general, but am having no luck.
Anyone familiar with these and can point me in the right direction? :panda:

Using the search term "生茶パンダ" on yahoo auctions comes up with a ton of merch. :)

banditpony- Ah, thank you! That helps a ton. Googling it also helped me find images of the full set that I was collecting. Now I'm tempted to buy more. :lol:
lovesbabysquirmy- Aren't they? I love the open mouths too, especially the ones that are eating.
I really need to fix up the poor Ramen and Gyoza ones, they are ones I used as phone charms, so they are definitely in need of TLC. If I can get to it soon enough I will come back with a better picture of my collection.
