Title: Genie Custom Contest Entry - Gustavo
Post by: archidraca on November 09, 2016, 09:36:03 AM: This was my entry for the custom contest in the Wishes Do Come True Genie Project group on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/groups/1591812564457570/

One of my largest single-pony collections (non-phony) is Gusty. By far, my collection of Brothers is my other largest Army. He fits right in with them now.

I attempted to dye his legs for the gradient but it worked more on the Apoxie Sculpt than the body so I used acrylic paint to fade into the color his feathers turned. He has a lighter green than regular Gusty but darker than Gustavo plus I went with her Firebird rather than his Sugarberry. I love him very much. :heart: :green: :heart:

Thank you. The body is a fan made, limited edition pony : Genie! She's slightly larger than a Hasbro at shoulders and hips and has correspondingly longer legs. I didn't make her, I purchased her here (http://clipper.ecrater.com/p/25024181/wishes-do-come-true-genie) for a contest on Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/groups/1591812564457570/). One day I'll have a line of boys from this mold. ^.^
