Title: Why isnt there a TS in the elements of friendship line?

Im not complaining, just curious if there is a reason, or if its just a random Hasbro thing?

I think she was supposed to have either the Fashion Style or the big electronic talking pony (since they do have a mold for her character) but TRU declined it since they still have a bunch of the Daring Do Fashion Style and Pony Mania Celestia.
