Last week I placed an order on Kmart's website. I had $7 in rewards on my account, so I used it towards the 10 inch Cartwheel Kids styling Rainbow Dash (http://www.kmart.com/my-little-pony-10inch-rainbow-dash-cool-160-style-160-pony/p-004W005748855003P?plpSellerId=Kmart&prdNo=2&blockNo=2&blockType=G2) and the Rainbow Dash Cloudiminium playset (http://www.kmart.com/my-little-pony-friendship-is-magic-rainbow-dash/p-004W007816098004P?plpSellerId=Kmart&prdNo=12&blockNo=12&blockType=G12). They shipped separately, with the playset coming from Florida and the styling head coming from Michigan.
Anyway, I got the playset on Tuesday and it turned out to be the Pinkie Pie one. I blamed myself for this, since the listing on the site has Pinkie Pie's playset pictured despite the name being Rainbow Dash. Regardless, I think it's very misleading of them to not have a matching picture.
Today I received the styling head, which I was most excited for, and when I opened the box it was a Pinkie Pie styling head!

I just wanted to warn people in case you planned on ordering from there. Yes, I know I could just go to a Kmart and look for the toys there, but there's literally one Kmart within 25 miles of where I live. All of them are closing! So online was my only option. This was a very disappointing week for pony mail, to say the least.

I believe this has happened to many people in the past before. Kmart has shipped something different from the order. I guess nothing has changed! Sorry to hear it also happened to you :/

I'm sorry that happened to you. Kmart.com is really bad about not shipping the actual item that you bought especially with toys. I heard once that their stock numbers for the same assortment are identical (even for different toys) in their warehouse so it doesn't matter to them if you ordered Rainbow Dash and they sent you Pinkie Pie. Can you get a refund?

I should be able to get a refund. I'm heading to the nearest Kmart after work today. The box is already in my car and ready to be returned!
Yeah, it was very disappointing. Was hoping for a nice pick-me-up in the form of new toys, but...nope.

I ordered one thing from them online (pony related of course) and the picture and description were exactly what I wanted. Did I receive it? Nope. Thankfully my town still had a store so I could get a refund. I am not shocked others have had issues.
