I picked up this pair at a yard sale. I've tried several websites, but I can't seem to ID them. Any help is appreciated! The mare has a head that moves, and if you push her neck her leg moves. The foal has a head that moves (but is stiff). They are black. Mare has three grey hooves and a white blaze. Foal has four grey hooves and a white blaze.

Hmm, they look kind of like your typical Feed 'n Nuzzle mare and foal sets, but the baby is in a pose I don't recognize, and the mom's mane looks cut differently than most. Do you think they were a very late release, since they look so different? Sorry I'm not much help ^^; Hopefully someone here has more info.

I don't think those are GCs. Feed n Nuzzles have molded forelocks. The hooves and faces look wrong and they aren't in the usual FNN poses. They may be a different brand.
But if they are GCs then I'd say Bette Blue and Bugle Boy.
Do they say Empire on them?

Definitely Not GC's. The manes are too long on both, and The mare has a single leg joint - which is something I've never seen in a GC. I'd say they're probably Lanards (although they look a bit too detailed maybe?) or Blue Ribbon(?) I think they're callled? Or there's another company that made similar horses but I can't think of it's name right this minute.

They might be kid Kore(just guessing), but definitely not Grand Champions. ^.^

The adult looks a bit like a Lanard Horse Play Prance N' Paw Stallion, but I can't find any info to suggest it came in black like this or with a foal.
Perhaps it's even a knockoff of a Lanard? I have plenty of knockoff Lanard pony toys, it's funny that there are fakies of fakies. I have a couple moulded Lanard horses too, with only neck articulation (no leg), and they have the Lanard company marking on their belly I think. In fact, I think one of mine is a Lanard Triple Crown Beauties Kiss 'n Nuzzle Mare, which is in a different pose than these, but I haven't got it on hand to check.
Do these have any markings on bellies or legs at all?

I'd be guessing this as well, I recently picked up a few thinking they were grand champions, well they did have legit GC saddles on them anyways! They seemed to have the same nuzzle feature.
