So I didn't think I'd be able to get this doll- but Mattel was selling a limited number of them every day for a week, and finally I did get one! It was not nearly as hard as I had thought.
I had my doubts as the doll was not cheap, and shipping was $11- but I just got her yesterday and WOW! The box was ENORMOUS! The doll is also pretty dang epic.
She is an 11" articulated doll with three complete outfits, extra accessories, extra hands, and the packaging is actually quite amazing! I am pleased.
I was reading that Mattel is considering making more 11" dolls for the line, and they had Netossa and Catra prototypes at the SDCC. I sure hope they make these!

How did I miss this? She's amazing!!

I was debating on purchasing her, but WOW! She's awesome! And that box art!!!
Congrats!

I know, the box she came in was RIDICULOUSLY huge- like so ridiculous. And the "display" box is not small either- 20"x20" by 5" - that is some serious space!
I was like HELL NO I have to ditch that packaging- but I just can't! the packaging is so gorgeous I don't even want to take anything apart! But I will- just not quite yet..
I need 1 more doll so I can have her dressed as Adora- but not really bad enough to buy an entire extra set for..

Ok, she's pretty awesome! :)

This is the kind of thing that should be airbrushed on the side of a 70s conversion van. I love it.

Lol, that was my first thought, too.
But seriously, that box art is awesome! The doll looks pretty sweet, too.
