I found her at a thrift store and I'm not quite sure how much she goes for, I think I remember hearing she's somewhat HTF.
She's in good condition, her hairs a tad messy from playing but that's about her only flaw. I can post a pic later on if it helps :)

I think I paid $25 for my mint from the package one last year. I hope someone else has an answer for you. :)

I am a Minty hunter due to building an army, and G4 is my fav generation, so I can give you an idea of what I've been seeing. The least I've seen one for is around $14 and most I have seen is around $40. I normally see her for around 20-25 sometimes a little higher. Lately I have been seeing more than usual for some reason, and this seems to have resulted in more eBay listings starting around 16.

Her price is down at the moment cause an Asian seller has been selling lots of them (list for about $13 with free post). Now is certainly the time to buy but not to sell, once sold out from this chinese seller her price will increase again so should come back up to $30 ish.

I sold a flawed one for $20 and the mint ones were closer to $40 at the time. However, like others have mentioned there is a Chinese seller with lots right now and they are going for around $13 so I'd hold onto her and wait for her price to go up.

I think that this point it will come down to how much buyers are willing to pay versus what the few sellers are charging for her. :( She does seem to be fairly scarce, and I haven't seen her listed for much lower than $25 lately.
