The title left me a little confused, too. I didn't know that's what they called erasers over there. I thought you were talking about rain boots or something.

It also could be taken way out of context considering 'rubbers' are something very, very different in American slang.

That was why I clicked on the post...I want to see what a collection of those look like! hahaha

I don't have any erasers, but I'd be curious to see some! I think there was a MLP eraser post not too long ago.

Yep, and UK'ers laughed at us (US and Canadian) tourists when we all wore what we called fanny packs in the 90's.

To the original query- http://sebby6.darc.net/gallery/main.php?g2_itemId=2385

It was also possible she meant rubber bands. To keep the rattles around the baby pony necks :)

I'm glad I wasn't the only one. I saw this thread before it had any replies and didn't want to be the first to say it for fear that my mind was the only one that went there.

No, I don't have any cool erasers. Sometimes I wish I did, but I'd use them and they'd be ruined.

I read this title 4-5 times today. I understand the language barriers, but it keeps cracking me up. Then I remind myself it means erasers. I just wish mine weren't packed right now. I'd post some pictures. Only a week and a half left to finish the floors that were water damaged.

Sebby is definetely the go to lady for erasers - she has an epic collecton. If she doesnt know about it or own it...it doesnt exist. I only have a couple but I remember having then for school when I was a little girl.

Don't have that type of G1 merchandise around here. It's difficult to find MLP school supplies second-hand around here (unless it's G4...).

Oh those were not easy to get lol. What you are looking at is 13 years of hardcome searching (30 years if you count my originals)
I could not have done this without a small army of people all of the world who look out for me and send me links.

Just putting the link here again, as it looks like some people missed it :)

And a bonus pic of one of my favourite and most HTF erasers - Lemon Treats from an Australian show bag <3

I love all the pics of the MLP erasers. The only ones I had were those fakie unicorn ones in the 80's. I loved those.

I was pretty sure what she meant when I saw the title of the post. I new that over in England they call erasers rubbers. My son (6) listens to a gamer on youtube that is from England and he talks just like him, accent, words and all. He used to watch peppa pig and he asked if we needed petrol while we were getting gas for the car, He calls push ups - press ups. There are other phrases he uses but can't seem to think of any right now. It is pretty cute though. He says he wants to go visit Dan (the gamer in England).
