Hi, has anyone ordered from Hot Topic.com before? Do they have good customer service and do you get what you order? Also, is their site secure?

I've ordered from there quite a few times, never had any problems :D I've always been very happy with my purchases, I'd definitely recommend them.

I've ordered from their site countless times and I've never had an issue. I sometimes even get the items shipped faster than expected, or I do the free shipping to store since there isn't one far from me. No complaints!

I've ordered from Hot Topic many times. The only problem I've ever had is when I do ship to store I don't always get the email notification saying it's arrived. But, that's more on my store not scanning the packages than the website itself.

I've ordered from their website a few times. Never had any issues, always got exactly what I ordered. Their shipping times were good too from what I remember.

Thanks everyone. I do have a local Hot Topic store but the last time I went in there they didn't have what I was looking for. I'm glad to read that everyone has had good experiences ordering from their website.

I've always ordered multiple things every few months, and I've never had s bad experience.

The only issue I've ever had is if you are paying with PayPal, make sure your default shipping address is a street address. It seems to throw off their system if you try to change the address when you're paying.
I always change it first, then change the default back to my PO Box after the hot topic order is processed. :)

I order pretty frequently via Hot Topic's website, most of the time I am very happy but I've noticed more recently that I've had a higher occurrence of either partial or full order cancellations. Last week I ordered a Tokidoki purse, a pop and something else every single item was canceled due to lack of inventory. I called them about the item cancellations previously when something got cancelled around Christmas time and they said that sometimes the online inventory can lag behind actual inventory numbers but most of the time in my experience it only tends to have an effect on exclusive stuff like their pop exclusives or stuff that is on special.

I've never had any issues with them either. Got my Funko Muffins from their site a couple years ago.
