I would say peachy, but more generally here in france i'd say italians.I have a bit less than half of my collection that is italian ponies.And it's not like i'm specially hunting them.

Whenever I go pony hunting, Cotton Candy seems to come a lot so she's most common in my experience! I would also be inclined to say Windy - when I was trying to replace my childhood one, not a single specimen was to be found, now that I have a new one, Windies. EVERYWHERE. (I must resist the urge to start an army - she's too cute!) XD

Cherries jubalee for me I know others find her a it allusive but when I first started collecting I bought large lots and she always turned up for me and I was never able to sell most of them on. Turned in to one of my armies in the end

How can Firefly even be in this poll when she wasn't sold in every country? XD In the UK Firefly is uber-rare to non-existent in the wild, which ought to discount her (and every other pony which was not sold in all locations) from a most common pony contest. You can't be the most common pony if you weren't available to half the fanbase!

I voted Peachy. Sold everywhere, multiple versions and so common even her Nirvana versions don't sell for much :)

But if Firefly counts, so does Kiss Curl...

For me it is Sundance. She is everywhere here! I must have had about 10 or more come through my hands (usually sold with a pony I wanted) and multiple that I just left behind which I saw second hand.

I've often seen others mention Peachy and Cotton Candy being overly common, but I haven't come across very many.

Cotton Candy, then probably Peachy.  Though Blossom is a close third!  I don't see that many Fireflys, gotta say, but I've had a ton of Windy and Parasol.

I used to think AJ and Bow Ties were really common, but now that I like them more than I did as a kid I'm always looking out for them in good condition :)

And I reckon the darker-blue Bow Tie is more common than light blue.

For me it's been mostly Lemon Drop. Which honestly is strange to me, because I've seen very few show stables (or SS pieces even) around for sale. I'm guessing there might have been some leftover mail orders sold alone here, we got lots of weird stock from both the US and UK over here!

I'm in the UK, and judging by my collection, Peachy is most common, closely followed by Lemon Drop and variations on the theme of Bowtie (long hair, short hair, CP). We didn't have Moondancer and Glory here (I bought mine from America and Italy respectively), and I don't think I've ever seen Firefly for sale in the UK (mine came from America).

I am not a G1 expert, but I always pick them up when I see them lying around in thrift stores(which doesn't happen really often in Estonia lol) and trade or sell them to other collectors. I have spotted Confetti the most often and consider her a popular pony here :P

I was torn between Peachy and Cotton Candy. As far as I can see, they're about even (as is apparent in the voting!). I always have to chuckle when someone tries to sell either as "Rare Vintage Pony - Amazing Find!" and charge a ton of money for them.

I voted for Cotton Candy, but in my opinion it's actually BLOSSOM! I have about a million Blossoms. I have just under a million Cotton Candys and Peachys (who would tie as second most common). :P

Although I'm sure she isn't actually the most common, I always seem to end up with Glory!  I have an accidental mini army of her now, and I think I'm going to keep increasing its size because I love her!

Why is Peachy so common, anyhow?  It seems odd that a playset pony would be so common, as compared to other, cheaper, ponies.  Did every little girl own the Pretty Parlor?

Speaking of, I also find Majesty a lot - when I find g1s - and never in good condition.  :)

Playsets were the go-to Christmas gift, something a little fancier than a single pony.  I used to have tons of Majestys.  I think she is common because her playset was the most dramatic and asked for, while Peachy is common because her playset was the most affordable.  (That and the Baby Buggy.)  Lemon Drop is also super common, though.  It's too bad there aren't as many surviving playsets as there are playset ponies!

For me it's definately Italy Peachy! I have like 20 of her! She seems to be in almost every lot of ponies. Even if all the other ponies in the lot are either knock-offs or more recent ponies Italy Peachy is very often hiding in there too! :ninja:

I´d say that Hong Kong and China variants of Lemon Drop are very common finds here. I also find Italy Peachy or Pony Bride quite often.

I must say, I feel Firefly is the most common G1.

I see her everywhere on Ebay! She seems to be in a good amount of the lots, etc.

For me it's Sundance. I probably have at least 15 of her, mostly by accident. I think I've left her behind in the wild twice now, also. I haven't found/acquired nearly as many Peachys!

I voted Peachy since I think that's the one on the list that I see most often in other people's photos, but I'm not an expert, so I don't actually have an expert opinion on the matter!  :P

The only one on the list that I personally have is Snuzzle though.

You all know better than me on this one. I'm thinking back to the times I've seen ponies at yard sales or the Salvation Army when I was a kid. I never saw the same pony twice.

I vote on Cotton Candy as a good contender. She's in a bunch of lots and always seems to be as a double. Of course, whenever I get an extra, regardless of her condition, I add her to my ever growing Cotton Candy army. I need to add a pic to the army thread.

Then we have to get into ff or cf. I've had eight different ff bluebelle and never looked for her. Cf cotton candy up in the teens, but no ff. Peachy galore, but more often in poor condition cf

The way I understand it, the playsets were more fragile than ponies so they didn't survive as well.

That said, I still don't have a Pretty Parlor.  :P

I have 3 or 4 Cotton Candys. She was my first pony and I've gotten the others as gifts. I don't have very good pony hunting luck where I live so I'll say Cotton Candy.

I don't have doubles of anyone on the list (or even one of each) so I don't have an opinion from a collecting standpoint. Cotton Candy seems really common but I always see people complain about Peachy.

And I'm jealous of everyone in Sundance-heavy areas! I don't even see her all that often on eBay/here.
