Hi there! I got in a huge lot ad there are some fakies in it. Is there a different thread or board for sharing/selling fakies? Wanted to make sure I get it in the right place. Thank you in advance! <3 <3

There is always a thread or two on fakies over in the Corral :) We sometimes have general discussion threads on them and other times just single threads. Go back a few pages and I am sure you will find one...if not you can always start your own.

I had so many of these as a child! So much nostalgia there seeing them in package!
The "Cutie Pony" sets are made by Chap Mei. They should be the genuine article, I have still got mine, the blue one pictured is in my hand and has CHAP MEI under her hoof. I actually have all four from the picture, I got three as a child and the cream one in a lot recently. They were later produced all featuring the same symbol, and soon after the mould appeared to be sold to(or stolen by) a new company less concerned with quality. The babies came packaged either together or separately, and it appaered random who came with who. There were 3 poses and 3 characters, and all characters came in all 3 poses, so there were 9 in all of the babies.
The Pretty Ponies and the like are from the nineties, I had a family set of 5, two alicorns and 3 earth ponies, two adults three babies, one of whom was similar to the pink rearing pose pictured, but with dark blue hair (think movie firefly) and one like the yellow "pretty precious" baby, but with purple hair. These moulds have been re-used so many different times with so many different brands and names it's crazy, but I do remember them being called "Pretty Pony" when I got them from Toyworld around 1992, and that backcard rings true for me. The earlier ponies again seemed to have more variations in symbols than just the seed pods and bows. My set features shells, a sailboat, the bows and two with seedpods, and all had differently coloured hair. They're mostly heaped under the name "Ja Ru" as they produced them at one point.
The Perfume Pony is a Lanard, I'm thinking late nineties, early noughties. There were at least 4 in this set that I have, as did my best friend. We never saw any others here, but we were only kids with no networking capabilities to find ponies! Their smell lasts pretty well - one of mines still smells decent despite surviving my mother's pack-a-day smoking habit for about 10 years!

Ohh wow... I have a few of these! They were childhood ponies. It's wild seeing them still in their boxes!
There's a few I'm interested in... I'm a deboxer though... so they'd end up opened. ^^;

WOW, good eye, some of those fakies do indeed come with First Tooth Baby toothbrush / toothpaste knock-offs! And it looks like their bodies are based on Baby Tic Tac Toe's body (but with a different head).
It looks like some come with knock-off pony shoes as well. I swear that is the G1 "bow shoe" mold.
Edit: Stacking toys too!

Oh wow! Thank you everyone! I am still going through all the fakies! There's more just need to try to get photos up. I really appreciate all the information its awesome. I had no idea there was so much about them. I am pretty sure all of them will be looking for homes. I do love them and they are all special but I have real horses with hay bills coming up and I am sort of strict on my collections. MLP, some Breyers, and Copic Markers. :P LOL!!!! I'll get more pics up soon and thank you everyone again! I'll start messages and try to price them out. Just a little overwhelmed by all the ponies XD!!
