They were placed next to the steadily shrinking pony aisle in a (norwegian) toy store I visited today. They're big - about triple the size of regular brushables - but still cheaper in norwegian currency than regular mlp singles. (which are about 15usd per pony here :pout: )

They've got very detailed symbols and eyes, and the orange one reminds me of the rocking beat ponies.
They intrigued me because they're kinda cute so I wanted to know if anyone else has seen them? What do you think of them?
-
Goodness! Not my cup of tea, but there's some definite effort put into those.
-
I just came across this on tumblr... ooh, I want one! I love the butterfly symbol!
That sucks about the prices for brushables though. D:
-
Those are really awesome!!!
-
Interesting designs, I like how they are not super skinny too.
-
Those are so cool! I love the orange one!!

I'm pretty sure they are by Lanard.

Wow, those are pretty cool fakies! The second one reminds me of the orange pop pony!

Maybe they're distant relatives. :P
-
Oh wow if I ever saw those in the wild they would come home with me. I love both of them. So cool :D
-
are they actually fakies or are they from a company? the mold seems different than the ponies i've seen.

They are from Lanard.
http://www.lanard.com/brands.html
To be fair the term fakies seems to run the gamut from bandwagon jumping lines from other legitimate toy companies to bootlegs that use stolen molds and art.
-
I wish I could find some of these Lanard brands locally :(
-
Wow, they're really cool! Wish i could have a set, Lanards are my favourite fakies and I've never seen ones like this.
-
"Pop star pony style super star"
Hilariously redundant name, but a super neat design.
-
Lanard makes great pony toys, I wish they could sell them in Spain too
-
Oooh, these are pretty cool! I like the orange one's face paint.
-
Definitely a cute fakie :)
The pose reminds me a little of this one...

I think I saw one of these (or something definitely similar) at my local thrift shop yesterday. It was a dark orange with the butterfly design (part of which had been scraped off) but no eye makeup and the hair was pink and orange. The part about it I didn't like was that it had cloven hooves, like a cow or a pig. It was only a dollar but I didn't get it because I'm running out of room and had no desire to use it for a custom piece.

Well one is the brand "Pop Star Pony" and the other is the name of the product "Style Super Star". It would be like writing "My Little Pony Fashion Style Pony".
