I love factory errors! I'd love to see some of yours. Any gen is welcome but I have a certain soft spot for G1's.
So lets see those weird and wonderful one offs :D

I always trot this one out (ha! Trot...get it?) whenever there's a factory error post. Not sure if she is, as opinion seems mixed, but I think she might be. She only has her symbol on one side but the rest of her is perfect with no signs of anyone having used acetone either on the missing symbols or anywhere else...but I guess I will never really know! :P

Even though the card is English, I'm pretty sure mine originally came from Germany, which just makes it even more bizarre. There are a tribe of Fizzy ponies who want to sing Shoobedoop. Although it's not just SunFizzy....

@Tak - that Parasol's parasol dots are miles away from the rest of the umbrella! I guess they're the kind of parasols that need magic to operate...

do my girls count? hehe no one knows if it's just weird fading or *what*, but regular Blue Belles tan rather than fade, that's for sure!(I need to take new pics of them, these are at *least* 2 years old!)

@ Lunar_scythe - for a moment I seriously thought that was a Butterscotch on the wrong card. ;) Then I saw the stars...
The weird thing with those Bluebelles, and why I don't think it's fading but an error in the factory, is that they all seem to originate in North America. I really think there mustve been one batch where the dye didn't seal fast properly...since otherwise you'd expect it to be all Bluebelles worldwide.

Here's my odd little Lemon Hearts (from the very first wave of BB's I believe?). I keep her with some of my other toys rather than my ponies. I got another Lemon Hearts that is normal but I'm keeping this one as well.
What's funnier than her is the fact that I didn't even realize the issue for a few months. I must have just unpackaged her and stuck her on the shelf because one day I went back over them and realized something was wrong XD

Honestly I feel the same way; given the MOC, my belief was the wave between year 1(flat foot) and year 2, there was a small run of concave foot ponies. That may be the wave that the white ones are from, since there aren't a lot of them?
And yeah that poor MOC has one of the most browned bubbles I've ever seen! :)

Man! Those funky flutters! They are in the same line as the Princess variants. I do wonder what they were thinking when they were putting them together out of the boxes of "rubble" that was left at the of the line.
I bet your flutter was sold in a box with three brushes :P MIB mane-less Bobbie had three brushes and a hat. Like the poor thing needed three brushes with no mane :P

I still think Sel's MIB Bobbie shows a great sense for British irony...either that or Bobbie is putting out the vibe that she has the right to have whatever hair accessories she likes, even if she has no hair.
I really wish those oddballs had shown up in my area. Sigh, guess they didn't get to the Welsh Borders...
Lunar_scythe - that sounds totally probable. I'm not totally sure which batch of CF Bluebelles came here as the only place I tracked down advertising them was Argos but I'm assuming they were probably mail order ones or a special batch for here after the FF line?
I had no idea there were so many of the whited ones, tho, till I saw all your pictures :D

Oooh, I think I prefer her with no fringe (bangs). I've always thought those plumes of hair on the front of the G2s looked odd! :lol:

I think the fact her tail has so clearly missed where it should have been is perhaps a sign of why these girls were rejected :P

SLH Rarity with not so long hair. Have had a few people look at her to make sure I wasn't crazy. Her hair appears to not have been cut. Here she is next to a normal SLH Rarity. She does have tinsel.

My Pink Dreams flutter has a factory symbol goof up kinda like the Lickety-Split shown above . . . I had just noticed it the other day! :lol:

I don't have much, just a Nibbles with only one symbol. The symbol she does have is perfect and there's no sign of it on her other side at all, so I assumed that it had never been printed. Of course, there's no way to prove that so it isn't very interesting. :P

I have an amusing factory error though it is related to the Funko Pops, I had ordered the Batman pocket pops set via Amazon I received the correct case but somehow the figures didn't seem quite right :lol:

I had a Streaky with some overspay that covered her legs and mid section. Now I have a Baby Lucky Leaf who only has symbols on one side. I'm pretty sure she's never had any symbols there because other than her missing symbol she's in beautiful shape. That and her other half, Baby Leafy, has her symbols and is in just as good shape as her friend.

The tail is white as well u can see it in the tail hole.
